• There are no returns as everything is made by the order

• Exchanges can not be made after 30 days.

• We check all jewels for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to examine the product upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defect.

• If one of your jewel is defective you can send it back within 10 days of purchase for store credit or replacement only.
