Internationnal Shipping

We try to ship all orders promptly. In most cases, orders will be processed as soon as we register it and will ship out within five business days. We do not provide weekend delivery for any method of shipping. Shipping cost is a flat rate of 18 dollars (15 euros). Your package should arrive in 10 to 30 business days.

Taxes and duty (For international shipments) :

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Les oiseaux de paradis cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Imachicnation will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
